How do I create a link to a file on my USB when making a website?

I have to make a website using Notepad for a school project. In order to make links to other pages i have to save them on my USB but when I put a disc drive like E:/ or F:/, when I put my USB in another computer the drive changes, making the link unusable. HELP this project is due on th 15th of June 2009.How do I create a link to a file on my USB when making a website?You shouldn't have to include the drive letter into the link path. If all of your web files are in the same folder simply link to the page name itself.
