i need to change then so just want to know weather i can do it in my drive way with a jack and a couple of jack stands and how hard is it, how long will it take and what should i look out (caution) for

It should take an hour start to finish even lifting the car. If you are going to replace the endlinks, might as well use urethane endlinks to upgrade the effectiveness of the sway bar. While you are under the car, also swap the sway bar body mounts.
