i need to change then so just want to know weather i can do it in my drive way with a jack and a couple of jack stands and how hard is it, how long will it take and what should i look out (caution) for

thanks in advanceChanging sway link bars on 2001 nissan maxima?Just place the stands on front subframe behind the motor/trans so both front wheels are off the ground. It should take an hour start to finish even lifting the car. But just what are you trying to fix klunking noise?Changing sway link bars on 2001 nissan maxima?Don't do the final torque unless the tires are on the ground, and don't overtighten the bolts. If you are going to replace the endlinks, might as well use urethane endlinks to upgrade the effectiveness of the sway bar. While you are under the car, also swap the sway bar body mounts.
