I downloaded a Runescape website template, and i want to know how to put it on the internet (Link included!)?

Okay, i downloaded my RS website background from here-http://gnu.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=604033 and i want to know how i can make my site with all this, and change where links go. THANKSI downloaded a Runescape website template, and i want to know how to put it on the internet (Link included!)?Use these templates in professional website builder/makers, please see the sources (all of the sources I provide WILL allow you to put these templates in, please refer to their help section).
